Youth Program

Your kids are going to love the Kids practices at Crank Wrestling! From giving kids an amazing workout that's fun and rewarding, to helping kids develop bully-proof interpersonal skills, there's nothing quite like our Mat Journal Achievement Program for kids! In no time at all, you'll start to see your child's inner champion shine through.

To excel in any endeavour, individuals need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them the perseverance to achieve his or her goals. The Crank Mat Journal Achievement Program was created to provide individuals aged 3-18 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation, respect and hard work.

 As contact sports, wrestling and kickboxing provide a very challenging, yet safe environment for a child to mature towards a successful adult. The outcome of continued childhood practise of wrestling and kickboxing goes far beyond the accomplishments on the mats or in the ring. The discipline and excellence encouraged by our instructors carries over to the child’s behaviour at home and at school.

 

Our Mat Journal Achievement Program is subdivided into five coloured journals to accommodate students of different skill levels:

  • Grey (1st-2nd year wrestlers/kickboxers) 

  • Black (3rd-year wrestlers/kickboxers)

  • Red (4th-year wrestlers/kickboxers)

  • Blue (5th-6th year wrestlers/kickboxers)

  • Orange (6th+ year wrestlers/kickboxers)
